Treatment
My clients include people struggling with anxiety, depression, and feelings of overwhelm. Those who suffer from low self esteem, self doubt, and often have a harsh inner critic. People who come to see me also include those who are looking to process major life changes or difficult/traumatic experiences. Whether you are looking for support in personal development, intimate relationships, emotional pain, or trauma healing, it is my privilege to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery. My approach to working with individual adults is holistic, as it draws from my training in somatic (body) psychotherapy, trauma treatment, modern attachment theory, and depth psychology. Somatic psychotherapy is powerful because it integrates the physical body, emotions, nervous system, mind, and spirit in the healing process. Somatic therapy encourages us to mindfully slow down and tune in to body sensations in addition to thoughts and emotions. This gives us access to hidden parts of ourselves, allowing us to integrate them in order to become more whole. People who experience a sense of wholeness often share that they feel inner peace and acceptance. My therapeutic style is present and non-judgmental, which allows for the creation of a safe therapeutic relationship, enabling us to explore your experience together.
